Gmod Voice Commands
Voice loopback is a feature that replays the sound from your microphone into your headphones, allowing you to hear yourself as you speak in-game. There can be a little delay between when you speak and when the microphone output is played in your speakers - this is normal and cannot be avoided.
There are many reasons you may wish to use the voice loopback feature in CS:GO. For some, it is preference, but it can be also be used to diagnose and fix background noise or poor quality microphone issues. Voice loopback is enabled via the developer console, so you'll need to enable the developer console if you haven't already, and then open it, which is usually done by pressing the ` key.
After opening the developer console, typing the following command into it and hitting enter will enable voice loopback:

Enabling third person view in Garry's Mod isn't difficult, it's just not always possible. While many of us would love to run around with cameras zoomed out, you'll need console commands to. I've tried the console commands such as voiceloopback 1, voiceenable 1, and voicescale 1 and that did nothing. Doing a complete reinstall did nothing as well. This is only a GMOD specific problem as well as other games work fine. The only clues I have to fixing this is this 2 year old post that does not work for me.
